If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date, under the conditions below:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
RETURN PROCESS

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Confirmation that the item is unused and in original condition
Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.
The cost of the return label must be paid by the customer before it is issued.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
In these cases, we will gladly cover the cost and offer a replacement or full refund.
